Vendor Information

Equality Forum 2014 concludes with SundayOUT! at The Piazza in Northern Liberties on Sunday, May 4, from noon to 6 p.m.  We invite you to participate as a vendor.

SundayOUT! is open to individuals, businesses and community groups wishing to reserve space to be used for the distribution of information, promotional items and/or the sale of commercial products or artistic crafts. This is a ticketed event. Vendors receive a 10' x 10' space, a table, two chairs and four admission bracelets.

PLEASE NOTE: Equality Forum contracts all alcoholic beverage sales to an exclusive vendor. Due to contract obligations, we cannot accept applications for, nor permit the sale of any alcoholic beverage. Violating this provision will result in removal from the festival area.

Registration

This year, you can take advantage of our early-bird discount price by submitting your application by Friday, April 4. Spaces are limited and reserved on a first-come, first-served basis.
