For the fourth year, LGBTQ youth leaders convene an advocacy summit to cover strategies for effective community organizing. Hosted by the Pennsylvania Student Equality Coalition (PSEC), Pennsylvania’s statewide LGBTQ youth organization, this session encourages all young people to discuss and engage in the equality movement. The focus of this year’s summit is coalition building and intersectionality in local advocacy efforts. An LGBTQ youth policy briefing takes place during the summit, which includes the latest legislative work with safe schools issues in Pennsylvania and the United States.
