Sharon Lettman-Hicks is the Executive Director and CEO of the National Black Justice Coalition, an organization empowering Black LGBT people. She led a program fighting homophobia in the Black Church at the People For the American Way Foundation.

Greg DeShields is the Managing Director Business Development for Temple University Fox School of Business & School of Tourism and Hospitality Management, where he is also an adjunct instructor.



Kevin Huang (Panelist)
Executive Director
ASIAC

Kevin Huang, an Asian health advocate for more than 25 years, is the Executive Director of ASIAC, a Philadelphia-based organization serving the health care and social services needs of the Asian and Pacific Islander community.



Emanuel Xavier (Panelist)
Poet

Emanuel Xavier is a poet, author and LGBT youth activist. He is one of the most significant openly gay Latino spoken word artists of his generation.
