Patrick Guerriero is the Executive Director of the Gill Action Fund. He served three terms in the Massachusetts House of Representatives and two terms as mayor of Melrose, Massachusetts. 

Toni Broaddus is the first Executive Director of Equality Federation, a national network of over 60 state-based LGBT advocacy organizations in 45 states. Broaddus is an experienced state activist, cofounding the Oklahoma Gay & Lesbian Political Caucus and serving as Equality California’s Program Director.

Jon Hoadley is the Executive Director of Stonewall Democrats. Hoadley previously worked for Gill Action Fund, and served as the campaign manager for South Dakotans Against Discrimination.

Richard Tafel offers public policy strategy to nonprofit and social entrepreneurs as President of RLT Strategies. He is the former Executive Director of Log Cabin Republicans.

Darlene Nipper is the Deputy Executive Director of the National Gay and Lesbian Task Force.  She has held leadership positions with the Black Entertainment Television (BET) Foundation and the National Alliance on Mental Illness (NAMI), where she served as Chief Operating Officer.
